eTRIO-p is made up of six sections.
You might want to look through all of it at once (which will take about 45 minutes) or complete different sections over a couple of days/weeks. Feel free to complete the program in whatever way feels right for you.
Below is a list of the six sections in this program. We think it makes sense to work your way from 1 through to 6, but you are welcome to complete it in any order you wish. You might feel that there are some sections not relevant to you, and it’s ok to skip those or come back to them later.
