Overview of the eTRIO program

eTRIO is made up of nine sections.

You might want to look through all of it at once or complete different sections over a couple of days/weeks. Feel free to complete the program in whatever way feels right for you.

Below is a list of the nine sections. We think it makes sense to work your way from 1 through to 9, but you are welcome to complete it in any order you wish. You might feel that there are some sections not relevant to you- it’s ok to skip those or come back to them later.
